What is your Refund/Exchange policy?

Our primary goal is your satisfaction with our products at Jord Golf. If for any reason you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us promptly. In-stock items are eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new, resalable condition, accompanied by proof of purchase, and returned in the original packaging with tags still attached. All sales are final on merchandise marked as FINAL SALE. Returns can be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit. Please note, we do not provide free return shipping for international orders, nor do we offer refunds on customs or duties.

Can I Exchange/Return a custom item?

No, custom towels and golf bags cannot be returned or exchanged as they are considered final sale.

Does Jord Golf cover return shipping costs?

No, Jord Golf does not cover the cost of return shipping. Additionally, there is a Return Processing, Handling, and Restocking fee applied to all returns for refunds. This fee will be calculated at the time of return; in most cases, it is under $15. For golf bags, please refer to the specific policy below.

Golf Bag Refund/Exchange Policy:

Golf bags are eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase. There is a $50 Return Processing, Handling, and Restocking fee applied to golf bag exchanges and refunds.

Is my product covered under warranty?

Jord Golf products are covered by a one-month warranty. Please note that this warranty does not apply to purchases made via third-party vendors. Proof of purchase is required to proceed with warranty claims. If the item is still available and in stock, we are happy to replace it under warranty. If the item is out of stock or unavailable, a full refund for the original purchase amount will be provided. Quality issues beyond six months will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
